BUST: Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest, wrap it around  to get the measurement.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, which above your belly button and below your rib cage.
HIP: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
INSEAM: Wearing a well-fitting pair of pants, remove your shoes and measure from the crotch seam to the floor.
